This is an actual response after a interview with a company about their website:

Thanks for coming in today.  I know you asked me to send you more details about what needs to be done.  There is no way I can give you a list of each and every thing that needs to be done.  So please base your quote on what you already know.

So after not stating what need to be done, the customer now wants us to figure out what he wants.  If you are this type of customer please read this nice article on web design then call me.

Actually if you are like this guy and have no idea what you want, please DON’T call.
